What does it mean when an item is ON HOLD?
ON HOLD usually means the item has sold out. I tend to leave sold items in the store for a little while until I'm sure my customer received it and is happy with it. That way, the photos and descriptions will still be there for reference if needed.

Payment must be received within 3 days or the transaction will be canceled and item will be re-listed.

Shipping information
I ship from Massachusetts via USPS mail and make daily trips to the post office Monday through Friday. I can ship on the same day if payment is cleared before 7am EST. I will combine shipping on items. Just send me a message from the ASK SELLER A QUESTION link and be sure to include the product description. Signature confirmation can be added to any package for an additional $2. International customers outside the US: Please contact me for a shipping quote

How do I leave feedback?
According to ecrater, sellers cannot leave feedback for buyers, but buyer feedback for sellers. Feedback would be greatly appreciated. Qualified buyers - ones that paid - will receive an email from noreply@ecrater.com with a link at the time the payment was made and again about 20 days later. Feedback can only be left with the link in the email.
